All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are handmade, processing times may vary during high-volume periods or restocks.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Pure Glow by A.S is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

Local pickup is available for customers in the Midwest City area.
Once your order is ready, you will be contacted with pickup details. Pickup must be arranged within 3 days of notification unless otherwise discussed.
