We take great care in creating and packaging each order to ensure quality and satisfaction. Please review product descriptions and details carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Issues
We are not responsible for issues related to scent preference, as fragrance is subjective. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used or opened.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
